VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired - July 19, 2013) - Tyhee Gold Corp. (TSX VENTURE:TDC) (the "Company") is pleased to announce that, further to its news release of May 2, 2013, the Company has completed the sale of $840,000 of three-and-one-half units (the "Units") at $240,000 per Unit (the "Offering"), resulting in the issuance by the Company of 14,000,000 common shares (the "Shares") and 14,000,000 share purchase warrants (the "Warrants"). Each Warrant will entitle the holder to purchase a further common share of the Company (the "Warrant Shares") at a price of $0.10 per Warrant Share within 24 months of the date of issuance. The Offering was completed in four tranches:
The funds will be used to advance Tyhee's Yellowknife Gold Project, an advanced stage wholly-owned gold project in the development and permitting stage, as well as for general corporate purposes.
