SEMAFO Provides Notice of Second Quarter 2013 Results Release and Conference Call

MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwired - Jul 23, 2013) - Semafo Inc. (TSX:SMF)(OMX:SMF) today announced that the Corporation's 2013 second quarter results will be released on Wednesday, August 7, 2013. The financial statements will be available on the Corporation's website at www.semafo.com or at www.sedar.com.

SEMAFO's senior management will host a conference call to discuss the second quarter financial and operational results, as well as to provide an update on the Corporation's activities.
