Renaissance Gold CEO Increases Share Position
Renaissance Gold Inc. (TSX: REN) (“RenGold”) wishes to advise that Richard Bedell, the President and Chief Executive Officer and a director of the Company, has bought 555,550 shares of the Company through the Toronto Stock Exchange at an average price of C$0.18 per share and a total value of C$100,000. Following this purchase, Mr Bedell now holds a total of 2,225,931 shares (7.3%) of issued and outstanding, 262,264 stock options and 30,000 restricted share rights in the Company.
