VANCOUVER, August 12, 2013 - Nevada Clean Magnesium Inc.(TSXV: NVM; Frankfurt-M1V; OTC Pink Sheets: MLYFF) ("NevadaCMI" or the "Company") today announced the grant of 5,150,000 incentive stock options pursuant to its Stock Option Plan for directors, officers and consultants of the Company. The options are exercicisable at a price of $0.05 per share for a five-year term.
Any shares issued on the exercise of these stock options will be subject to a four-month hold period from the date of the grant. This stock option grant is subject to approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
