(TSX Venture: BXX/OTC: BXXRF) ("Boxxer" or the "Corporation") announced today that, further to the press releases dated July 4, 2013 and July 23, 2013, it has extended the expiry date of the offer to acquire all of the issued and outstanding shares of Konnex Resources, Inc. from August 26, 2013 to September 9, 2013 to allow for the satisfaction of all of the closing conditions of the offer.
