Cobriza Metals Corp. Receives Final Court Order For Arrangement With Candente Copper Corp.

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired - Sept. 10, 2013) - Candente Copper Corp. (TSX:DNT)(LMA:DNT) (PINKSHEETS:CCOXF) ("Candente Copper") and Cobriza Metals Corp. (TSX VENTURE:CZA) ("Cobriza") are pleased to announce that the Supreme Court of British Columbia issued a final order (the "Final Order") on September 6, 2013 approving the previously announced statutory plan of arrangement under the Business Corporations Act (British Columbia) (the "Arrangement").
Assuming all other conditions to completion of the Arrangement are satisfied or waived, it is expected that the Arrangement will become effective on or about September 11, 2013, following which application will be made to the TSX Venture Exchange for the de-listing of the Cobriza Shares.
