BRADENTON, Sep 16, 2013 - Silver Falcon Mining, Inc. (OTCBB: SFMI) retains JEX Resource Consulting Ltd.
Sinker Tunnel
JEX Resource Consulting Ltd. has been retained to present plans for a comprehensive drilling program on the inside and on the surface of War Eagle Mountain, in order to flesh out the historically based instrument NI43-101 which it will prepare and to allow the Company to add some proven reserves to its assets. This evaluation of the ore quality and quantity available in War Eagle Mountain will form the basis for the Company's future mining plans.
Mill Update
The Company is presently finalizing a toll contract with a mining concern based on sample ore delivered by the interested mine. Mr. Pierre Quilliam, CEO said, "After meeting with the principals of this potential customer, and sampling of their ore, I feel that we have the perfect solution for a mutually rewarding piece of work at our Diamond Creek Mill, while we await financing for our proposed leaching circuit."
Closed Circuit Leaching Unit
The Company is in final negotiations toward a loan which will fully fund the building of the Leaching Unit which was permitted by Owyhee County almost a year ago. The planned GEKKO system will be a huge production addition to the mill. This system will recuperate the almost totality of the millions of dollars in precious metals contained in the ore on site at the mill, the cost of which was previously expensed on our financial reports. With this new funding in place, SFMI expects to be in full production in late 2014 provided the application for an operation permit gets smooth sailing at the various government levels. As further assurances that the tailings stored on the Diamond Creek Mill site contain the previously stated amounts of precious metals, JEX Resource Consulting Ltd., has been contracted to undertake an independent and extensive sampling and assay program on these tailings.
