Toronto, Ontario CANADA, September 19, 2013 /FSC/ - Jourdan Resources Inc. (JOR - TSX Venture), ("JOURDAN" or the "Company") (www.jourdan.ca) is pleased to announce that it has acquired 100% interest in the 22.5 square kilometre Cache Phosphate Property (or, "Cache"), composed of 40 claims and located 100 km northeast of Saguenay, 100 km southwest of Jourdan's Dissimieux Lake Phosphate Property, and 90 km south of Jourdan's Jazz Phosphate Property, in the Province of Quebec, Canada.
The property was staked by Jourdan following extensive compilation and targeting of prospective geological units along the St. Lawrence North Shore Region between Saguenay and Baie-Comeau, in proximity to Jourdan's Jazz and Dissimieux Lake Phosphate Properties (See Map 2). The Cache Phosphate Property covers a belt of gabbroic rocks rich in apatite (phosphate) and ilmenite (titanium). These rocks have many similarities to the Mirepoix Phosphate property that has been drilled by Arianne Phosphate located 20 km west of the Cache Phosphate Property. The band of gabbroic rocks on the Cache Phosphate Property has been traced for several kilometres on surface.
The advantage of Cache, when compared to other occurrences of titanium-phosphate, is the extent of the host unit. The gabbroic band extends between 0.5 and 1 kilometres wide and has been followed on surface for at least 10 km (See Map 3).
"We are excited at the results of our summer regional targeting program. The Cache project is the first phosphate property completely compiled and staked by Jourdan" states Michael Dehn, President and CEO. "The Cache Phosphate Property supplements our Jazz and Dissimieux Lake Phosphate Properties, bringing Jourdan one step closer to our goal of becoming the dominate phosphate exploration company in Quebec."
The following maps show the location of Jourdan's Cache Phosphate Property relative to its other phosphate projects in Quebec, as well as major population centers:

Historical work on the Cache Property by previous property holders includes mechanical stripping in which 3 trenches were cut totaling approximately 50 metres of sampling (see Map 3). Trench 1 includes two sample intervals 11 metres grading 4.14% P2O5 and 6.43% TiO2 and 19 metres grading 3.41% P2O5 and 4.53% TiO2 (see Map 4). These two intervals are separated by 9 metres which was not sampled due to overburden (see Table 2).
Previous work also includes grab samples shown in Table 1 below with values of up to 8.36% P2O5 and 9.96% TiO2 and to 6.23% P2O5 and 9.51% TiO2.

In the 2003 report "Geologie de la region des lacs Portneuf et Maria-Chapdelaine (22E/01 et 22E/02)" by the Claude Hebert and Anne-Marie Cadieux of the Ministry of Natural Resources, Quebec, additional encouraging results were reported.
From this report is taken the following quote, translated from French "From an economic standpoint, a former lake-bottom sediment survey results and a new stream sediment survey helped define 11 anomalous areas. Copper, uranium, nickel, titanium, arsenic, antimony, lithium, phosphorus and rare earths give the best anomalies. Some clues of iron, titanium and apatite were worked by prospectors."
Results from this report that are within the claims boundaries of Jourdan's Cache Phosphate Property are reported below in Table 4.
