ST. JOHN'S, NEWFOUNDLAND--(Marketwired - Sep 20, 2013) - Altius (TSX:ALS) reports that all resolutions presented at its September 19th, 2013 Annual and Special Meeting were approved by shareholders, including the re-election of directors John Baker, Brian Dalton, Fred Mifflin, Susan Sherk, Jamie Strauss and Don Warr. The detailed results of the proxies submitted for the vote on the election of directors are as displayed in the table below. The final voting results on each of the other items of business and respective resolutions have been filed on SEDAR.
