Alabama Graphite Announces Filing Of Amended Technical Report

September 26, 2013 - VANCOUVER, Canada - Alabama Graphite Corp. (the "Company") (CNSX:ALP) (OTC:ABGPF) (FRANKFURT: 1AG.F WKN: A1J35M) (ISIN# CA0102931080) announces that, further to its news release of September 3, 2013, the Company announces the filing of an amended and restated technical report entitled "Technical Report, Alabama Graphite Corp., Coosa Project" dated September 5, 2013 (the "Report"), which was posted on SEDAR on September 6, 2013. The Report was prepared by Scott E. Wilson, C.P.G. of Metal Mining Consultants Inc. and Dr. Stewart D. Redwood, F.I.M.M., both a "qualified person" as defined under National Instrument 43-101.

The Report was amended to correct a typographical error in reference to the tonnage of the resource from "38,159,00" to "38,159,000", as well as other non-material changes.

Scott E. Wilson, C.P.G., a "qualified person" as defined by National Instrument 43-101 and an independent consultant to the Company, has reviewed and approved the contents of this press release.
