Centurion Closes Second Tranche of Private Placement

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Oct 29, 2013) - Centurion Minerals Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:CTN) ("Centurion", "the Company") announces that it has closed a second tranche of a non-brokered private placement in the amount of $216,600 and issued 3,094,286 Units priced at $0.07. Each Unit consists of one common share and one half warrant. Each whole warrant is exercisable for one common share at $0.10 for a period of eighteen months and will be subject to a four month hold period expiring in February 2014. Finders' fees of $12,005 and 80,000 broker warrants exercisable for common shares at $0.10 for a period of eighteen months have been paid.

Proceeds from this financing shall be used to advance its Myanmar gold project strategy, current project exploration activities and general corporate purposes.
