Happy Creek adds claims to Fox and DL properties
November 14, 2013 - Vancouver, British Columbia. Happy Creek Minerals Ltd. (TSXV: HPY) or the "Company", announces that it has acquired by staking several mineral claims that adjoin the Company's Fox and DL properties.
The Fox and DL properties are located approximately 75 km northeast of 100 Mile House in the south central Cariboo Region of British Columbia Canada.
Since 2005, a large area surrounding the Company's DL property was covered by third party mineral clams, including Spanish Mountain Gold's Thunder Ridge property. These claims recently expired and the Company was able to acquire claims to join the Fox with the DL property. In addition, claims were acquired south of the DL that were formerly covered by a portion of Spanish Mountain Gold's Thunder Ridge property. An updated mineral titles map of the Company's mineral claims in this area is located on the website under Projects/ Cariboo Properties.

The Company's Cariboo properties, including the Fox, DL, Hen, Hawk and Silverboss property are all 100% owned. With recent work completed on our Fox property, all the key mineral claims in this group of properties are expected to be in good standing between three to 10 years. Shareholders benefit from this situation as the company need not expend its financial resources to make payments or work commitments to maintain these properties during the current difficult market conditions.
The Fox property is a new, high grade tungsten discovery that is at or close to surface and has returned globally top tier drill results. Additional drill results are pending.
