President and Director Resigns from Manson Creek
CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwired - Nov 25, 2013) - Manson Creek Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:MCK) ('Manson Creek') wishes to advise that Regan Chernish has resigned as President and Director and Gordon Clarke as a Director, both due to personal reasons. Management and the board extend their appreciation to Regan and Gordon for their service to the Company and wish them success in their future endeavors.
The Board intends to complete a review of its senior management structure and will provide an update with respect to this matter in the near future.
