NEVADO Retains the Services of Renmark Financial Communications Inc.

MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwired - Dec 4, 2013) - Nevado Resources Corp. (TSX VENTURE:VDO)(FRANKFURT:NSV) ("NEVADO" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has entered into an agreement with Renmark Financial Communications Inc. to provide investor relations and financial communication services to the Company. The investor relations agreement, which is entered into for an indefinite term and can be terminated by either party upon notice, provides for a monthly compensation of seven thousand dollars ($7,000).

Michael Curtis, President and Chief Executive Officer of NEVADO, stated: "Renmark will assist in reinforcing and enhancing NEVADO's profile and visibility within the financial community in Canada and the US."

The agreement remains subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange and regulatory authorities.
