Toronto, Ontario CANADA, January 09, 2014 /FSC/ - Vendome Resources Corp. (VDR - TSX Venture, Frankfurt - 9VR),("Vendome") announces the resignation of Messrs. Franz Kozich-Koschitzky and J. Andrew McQuire from its Board of Directors.
Vendome has already initiated the process of adding quality members to its Board of Directors and is currently meeting with a highly qualified individual to join the Board in the near future. Vendome will also hire a new CFO and the selection process is in progress.
"We seek to add one new Board member who will bring a wealth of technical expertise and business experience to our company. We thank Messrs.
