- Clarification of Press release concerning Capital Increase issued on 14 January 2014
Grünwald, 15 January, 2014. In the press release on 14 January, 2014, it was correctly noted that the registered share capital of the Company amounts to EUR 2,464,370.00 after the capital increase relating to the first 100,000 shares has been registered. However, the share capital of the Company amounts to EUR 2,699,370.00 after this capital increase due to the 235,000 new shares issued last year as disclosed in Company's press release dated 27 August 2013. This issuance and the respective capital increase by EUR 235,000.00 has not yet been registered with the Commercial Register. The Company will take care of the registration within the statutory time lines.
