Mr. Nykoliation holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with Honours from Queen's University serves as Energizer Resources' Senior Vice President of Corporate Development. Previous to Energizer, Mr. Nykoliation's career has spanned 15 years in retail marketing and corporate development, holding various senior management roles with industry-leading companies such as Nestle, Home Depot and Whirlpool. Energizer Resources is currently focused on developing its flagship Molo Graphite Project in Madagascar which is the largest known all-flake graphite resource in the world. Energizer has initiated a Full Feasibility Study, which is expected to be completed by Q4 of this year.

Donald K.D. Baxter, President, Holds a degree in Mining Engineering from Queen's University, is a Registered Professional Engineer and a Qualified Person under NI 43-101. Mr. Baxter served as President of Northern Graphite Corp. between February 2, 2011 and July 8, 2013 and was responsible for all technical aspects relating to the Bissett Creek graphite project including the bankable feasibility study, metallurgical test work and environmental and mine permitting.

Lawrence Roulston, editor, is a geologist, with engineering and business training, and more than 25 years of hands-on experience in the resource industry. Mr. Wagner is a Professional Geologist with 20 years of exploration and corporate development experience.
