Nass Valley Gateway Ltd. Moves its Offices to Richmond, British Columbia

VANCOUVER, Jan. 28, 2014 - Nass Valley Gateway Ltd. (the "Company" or "Nass Valley") is pleased to announce that it has moved its offices to the City of Richmond, B.C., Canada. Nass Valley has signed a lease agreement with Quicker Instruments Inc. ("Quicker") and Nass Valley's joint venture partner Vixon Technology Ltd. ("Vixon") to use the 2nd floor of Vixon's office unit at 12820 Clarke Place in Richmond, B.C. The Company sees this as a great way to strengthen its relationship with its partners and it is looking forward to working more closely with Vixon and Quicker.
As per the lease agreement with Quicker and Vixon, the Company had the option to pre-pay the one-year lease with common shares at a price of $0.10 per share. In connection with this, the Company has the consent of the Canadian Stock Exchange to issue 131,119 common shares to Quicker Instruments Inc.
