Savant Announces the Passing of a Director

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Jan 28, 2014) - It is with deep regret that Savant Explorations Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:SVT) ("Savant") announces the death of Mr. Michael Casselman after an extended period of illness. Mr. Casselman worked tirelessly and with enthusiasm to develop Savant's Southwest US exploration strategy and was a key member of the Savant Board of Directors. John McClintock, Savant's President, stated, "Mike's enthusiasm and initiative were boundless. He was a true explorer with an ability to recognize value in mineral properties.
