Completion of Chalice share distribution as part of arrangement

PERTH, Western Australia, Feb. 7, 2014 /CNW/ - Chalice Gold Mines Limited (TSX: CXN; ASX: CHN) ("Chalice") and Coventry Resources Inc. (ASX: CYY; TSXV: CYY; "Coventry") are pleased to advise that 46 million shares in Chalice have been distributed today directly to Coventry shareholders on a pro rata basis. Each Coventry Shareholder has been sent approximately 0.5054 Chalice Shares for every single Coventry Share held.
