TORONTO, Feb. 18, 2014 /CNW/ - GPM Metals Inc. (TSX-V: GPM) (the "Company") announces that it has granted effective February 17, 2014 an aggregate of 3,150,000 options to directors and employees of the Company with such options being exercisable until February 17, 2017 at an exercise price of $0.10. The options vest as 25% immediately and 25% after 6, 12 and 18 months from date of grant.

GPM recently acquired an option on the Walker Gossan Project which consists of approximately 166,675 hectares of highly prospective ground located in the McArthur Basin Mining District, Northern Territory, Australia.
