Goldstar Minerals Inc - Announces Change of Auditor

MONTREAL, Feb. 21, 2014 - Goldstar Minerals Inc. ("Goldstar" or "the Company") (TSX VENTURE:GDM) announces a change of Auditor.

On February 19, 2014 at the request of the Company and its Audit Committee, McGovern, Hurley, Cunningham, LLP resigned as auditor of Goldstar Minerals and the Board of Directors of the Company appointed KPMG S.E.N.C.R.L as its new auditor effective February 19, 2014 until the close of the Company's next annual meeting.

There were no reservations in the McGovern, Hurley, Cunningham, LLP (former Auditor) reports for Goldstar's two most recently-completed fiscal years or for any period subsequent to the most recently-completed period for which an audit report was issued and preceding the date of the former Auditor's resignation. There were no reportable events between the Company and McGovern, Hurley, Cunningham, LLP, the former Auditor.

The Goldstar's Audit Committee and Board of Directors have approved the resignation of the McGovern, Hurley, Cunningham, LLP. Pursuant to National Instrument 51-102 Continuous Disclosure Obligations, the Notice of Change of Auditor, together with the letter from the Former Auditor and the letter from the KPMG S.E.N.C.R.L., the Successor Auditor, have been reviewed by the Company's Audit Committee and Board of Directors and will be filed on SEDAR accordingly.
