Richmond Minerals Inc. - Corporate Update
TORONTO, Feb. 28, 2014 /CNW/ - Richmond Minerals Inc. (TSX-V: RMD) ("Richmond" or the "Company") announces that the Plaintiff in the Swayze Property litigation has filed an appeal asking that the Judgement announced in favour of the Company on February 3, 2014 be set aside and a new Judgement be granted in favour of the Plaintiffs.
Richmond management is of the opinion that the grounds for the appeal are without merit and will vigorously contest them. Richmond plans on moving forward with its exploration plans.
