Management Cease Trade Order Expires
Stans Energy Corp. (TSX-V: HRE, OTCQX: HREEF), (“Stans” or the “Company”), is pleased to announce that the Management Cease Trade Order dated February 11, 2014 has been allowed to expire as of March 7, 2014 by the Ontario Securities Commission.
The Company had previously announced on February 27, 2014 that it had completed and filed its Q3 2013 Financial Statements and accompanying documents with the Ontario Securities Commission which was the main requirement to have the cease trade order lifted.
