Pure Energy Minerals Limited Announces Agreement with Korean Business Development Specialist

VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Feb. 12, 2013 /CNW/ - Pure Energy Minerals Limited ("Pure Energy" or the "Company") (TSX-V: PE) is pleased to announce that it has entered into an advisory services agreement (the "Agreement") with Luscar International Ltd. ("Luscar") pursuant to which Luscar has agreed to provide the Company with certain services, including introducing the Company to second source financing and potential strategic take off opportunities (the "Services"). The Agreement is for an initial term of six months, subject to monthly renewal thereafter, unless earlier terminated in accordance with its terms.

Mr. Jaeyol Kim, a business development specialist, will provide the Company with the Services under the Agreement and will act as an advisor to the board of directors. He is a seasoned senior executive with broad experience in corporate strategy, financing, investment, business development, international trade, mergers and acquisitions consulting arena for the last 20 years. In recent years Mr. Kim has been active in the mining industry and often involved as a corporate advisor for the various mining projects in the region including Russia, Argentina, Chile, US, Canada and Australia mainly to identify and secure strategic investments.

Mr. Kim was a board member and a senior executive vice president of Lithea Inc., a junior lithium brine exploration company in Argentina, in charge of corporate development and strategy where he successfully secured the company's initial funding of US$15M. Currently Mr. Kim is a Managing Director of Luscar International Ltd., specialized in corporate strategy and development consulting and mining asset relocation and investment. He also serves as a representative of Behre Dolbear Group for Korea, a 100-year old prestigious mining consulting firm based in the US. He was also senior vice president of Siberian Mining Group Limited listed in Hong Kong. Former director of The Richard V. Allen Company, a strategy consulting firm based in US and Korea specialized in US-Korea relations covering both private and public sectors. He was a special counselor to US Ambassador to Taejon Expo'93 Korea and participated in two US-Korea Summit meetings assisting in public and government affairs.

He has worked with Tom Currin, the most recent addition to our board of advisors, in the past and has been successful in developing strategic relationships and financing opportunities for companies at similar development stages to Pure Energy's current position," stated Jason Dussault, the Company's CEO.

The Company also announces Mr. Jerry Minni's resignation as a Director of the Company. The Board thanks Mr. Minni for his contributions to the Company and wishes him the best in his future endeavours.
