Winrock Resources Sets Date of Annual General Meeting

Vancouver, British Columbia -- (Newsfile Corp. - February 4, 2014) - Winrock Resources Inc. (CSE: WR) reports that the Company's annual and special meeting of shareholders will be held in Vancouver at 2:00 pm on March 18, 2014 and the record date for this meeting is February 11, 2014. Among other business, shareholders will be asked to approve new articles for the Company.
The Company also announces that it has cancelled 150,000 stock options prior to their expiry date and the Company has granted 225,000 stock options, exercisable for 18 months at $0.10 per share, to a consultant of the Company.
