TORONTO, April 15, 2014 /CNW/ - Alacer Gold Corp. ("Alacer") [TSX: ASR and ASX: AQG] plans to release its first quarter 2014 financial statements and the related management's discussion and analysis on Monday, April 28, 2014 (North America) and Tuesday, April 29, 2014 (Australia).
