("CB Gold" or the "Company") has filed a National Instrument 43-101, Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects ("NI 43-101") technical report entitled "Independent Technical Report on the Vetas Gold Project, Santander Department, Republic of Colombia" (the "Report").
