Effective immediately, the Company is pleased to announce that Ms. Sharon Lee has been appointed as Prosper Gold's Interim Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary. Ms. Lee has been working as Prosper Gold's accountant since the fall of 2013 and brings over 17 years of experience as a Chartered Accountant. Prior to joining Prosper Gold, Ms. Lee was a Senior Manager at Smythe Ratcliffe LLP in Vancouver, BC. Ms. Lee is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and has a B.Sc. (Mathematics) from the University of Alberta.
