(TSX VENTURE:ORS) ("the Company") is pleased to announce that the TSX-Venture Exchange has approved the extension of the expiry date of 889,705 share purchase warrants issued pursuant to a private placement of units completed in June 20, 2013. The expiry date of the share purchase warrants has been extended for a period of 12 months from June 20, 2014 to June 20, 2015. The exercise price of $0.14 remains unchanged.
