Liberty Silver Announces Debt Settlement Transaction
TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Jul 3, 2014) - Liberty Silver Corp. (TSX:LSL) ("Liberty Silver" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that the Company has reached an agreement with arm's-length creditors to settle indebtedness in the aggregate amount of $226,000 by issuing 732,000 common shares, including 382,000 shares at a deemed price of $0.50 per share and 350,000 shares at a deemed price of $0.10 per share, effective June 30, 2014. All securities issued in connection with the debt settlement will be subject to statutory hold periods from the date of issuance of the shares in accordance with applicable securities legislation.
