TORONTO, July 3, 2014 - Uranium Participation Corporation ("UPC" or the "Corporation") (TSX:U) announced that the nominees listed in the management proxy circular for the 2014 Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders ("Annual Meeting") were elected as directors of the Corporation. UPC's shareholders also approved the reappointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as auditor of the Corporation for the ensuing year at the remuneration to be fixed by directors and confirmed an amendment to the Corporation's by-laws to add an advance notice requirement for the nomination of directors by shareholders.
