(TSXV: BGE) ("Bison Gold" or the "Company") announces that at its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders ("AGM") held on July 31, 2014, all resolutions proposed to shareholders were duly passed, including the election of the following individuals as directors of the Company: Amir Mousavi, Chris Carmichael, David Benson, Mark Robinson and Dale Dunlop and the appointment of MNP LLP. as the auditors of the Company. The Board of Directors of the Company has approved an amendment to its stock option plan whereby it will become a 10% fixed plan rather than a "rolling" plan, subject to acceptance of the TSX Venture Exchange.
