HENDERSON, December 02, 2013 - American Magna Corp. (OTCQB: AMGC) is pleased to announce the addition of Douglas McGibbon to the company's management team.Mr. McGibbon has extensive industry experience in the exploration of mining minerals since 1979. From May 2009 until the present, he has been the Principal for McGibbon Consulting LLC. From September 2006 to July 2013, he served as Vice President of Exploration for Sniper Resources Ltd. From March 1999 to August 2006, he was the Chief Geologist for Glamis Marigold Mining Company.
Mr. McGibbon is a Certified Professional Geologist with the American Institute of Professional Geologists. Mr. McGibbon received his M.S. in Geology at the University of Texas at Arlington in May 1979. He received his B.A. in Geology at the University of California at Santa Barbara in December 1976.
