VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Aug 15, 2014) - True Gold Mining Inc. (TSX VENTURE:TGM) ("True Gold" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has granted incentive stock options to Mr. Blaine Monaghan Director, Investor Relations, and Mr. Patrick Reid who provides IR services to the Company. The options are exercisable to purchase up to 300,000 common shares in the capital of the Company until August 15, 2019, at an exercise price of $0.44 per share, being the closing market price of the Company's shares as traded on the TSX Venture Exchange on August 15, 2014. The incentive stock options were granted in accordance with True Gold's Stock Option Plan and are subject to vesting provisions.
