Stratabound Announces Share Purchase by William Bell

CALGARY, Oct. 2, 2014 /CNW/ - Stratabound Minerals Corp. (TSX.V:SB) ("Stratabound" or the "Company") announces that it has been advised by Mr. William Bell of Calgary, Alberta that Mr. Bell recently exercised a total of 4,500,000 Common Share purchase warrants ("Warrants"), for an aggregate exercise price to Bell of $350,000 (the "Warrant Exercise").  As a result of the Warrant Exercise, Bell now owns and controls 52,198,166 Common Shares, representing 48.3% of the issued and outstanding Common Shares.  In addition, Bell holds Warrants to acquire an additional 8,060,000 Common Shares which, if fully exercised, would result in Bell owning and controlling an aggregate of 60,258,166 Common Shares representing 51.93% of the issued and outstanding Common Shares.  Bell acquired the Common Shares and Warrants for investment purposes and may acquire additional securities of Stratabound in the future.

Prior to the Warrant Exercise, Bell held 47,698,166 Common Shares representing 46.1% of the then issued and outstanding Common Shares.
