(VTT-TSX:V) (the "Company") announces that it has granted an aggregate of 1,150,000 incentive stock options (the "Options") to directors, officers, consultants and employees of the Company, exercisable at $.25 per share with 100% of the amount to be vested after twelve months. The Options are exercisable for a period of four years from the date of grant and are subject to the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange.
