VANCOUVER, November 14, 2014 - Meryllion Resources Corp. ("Meryllion" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: MYR). The Board of Directors of the Company announces that Mr. Terry Krepiakevich has resigned as a member of the Board of Directors. Mr. Krepiakevich will also resign as the Company's Chief Executive Officer after a short period to ensure an orderly transition. David Birkenshaw, Chairman of the Company's Board, will take on the duties of Chief Executive Officer.
Mr. Krepiakevich is stepping aside from Meryllion to concentrate on other business and philanthropic initiatives. "We thank Terry for all his hard work with Meryllion, his self-sacrifice and dedication to the company and his willingness to put the Company's interests above his own," commented Mr. Birkenshaw.
