Aurvista Gold Announces Director Resignation
Montreal, Quebec--(Newsfile Corp. - November 18, 2014) - Aurvista Gold Corporation (TSXV: AVA) ("Aurvista" or the "Company") announces that Mr. Richard Adams has resigned as Chairman of the Board of Directors effective immediately. Mr. Adams has resigned due to the compliance mandates of his current employer. The Company would like to thank Mr. Adams for his guidance and hard work on moving the Douay Gold Project forward and would like to wish him success in all of his future endeavors.

The Company is currently awaiting results from the recent infill drill program, with those results expected in the near term future. The Company is also awaiting the results of the Preliminary Economic Assessment ("PEA") study on the Douay West Zone which contains some of the highest gold grades to date on the project. The PEA is also expected in the near future as well.
