MONTREAL, December 01, 2014 - GFK Resources Inc. (the "Company" or "GFK") (TSX VENTURE: GFK) wishes to announce the granting of 350,000 stock options to directors. Each option entitles its holder to purchase one share of the Company for $0.22 for a period of 5 years expiring November 28, 2019. The options are granted in accordance with the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange and the terms and conditions of the Company's Stock Option Plan.
