TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired - Dec. 4, 2014) - Uranium Participation Corporation ("UPC") (TSX:U) reports its estimated net asset value at November 30, 2014 was CAD$696.4 million or CAD$5.96 per share. During November, UPC purchased 200,000 pounds of uranium as U3O8 at an average cost of US$36.25 per pound.
In addition, UPC has commitments to sell the conversion component of 250,000 kgU as UF6. To facilitate the sale of the conversion components, UPC will receive 653,213 pounds of U3O8 and cash consideration of US$1,772,500. The transaction will occur in three tranches of 100,000 KgU as UF6, 50,000 KgU as UF6 and 100,000 KgU as UF6 for delivery in December 2014, February 2015 and May 2015, respectively
