Pure Energy Today Announced that it Has Completed an Extension of the Existing Mutual Cooperation Agreement

VANCOUVER, BC / ACCESSWIRE / December 4, 2014 / Pure Energy Minerals Lt (TSX-V: PE) (AHG.F) - ("Pure Energy" or the "Company"), today announced that it has completed an extension of the existing Mutual Cooperation Agreement (the "Agreement") with PHOENIX WATER ("PHOENIX"). PHOENIX is an Australian based technology company with proprietary processing technologies (the "PWT") for lithium rich brine and other super-saline brine and industrial wastewaters to zero liquid discharge.

The Agreement, which was originally signed March 3, 2014, has been extended until May 3, 2015. Pure Energy and PHOENIX will pursue reasonable efforts to enter into a definitive agreement within this time period.

Pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, Pure Energy and PHOENIX have agreed to discuss and determine opportunities to jointly collaborate and to propose the first location for the installation, testing and demonstration of the PWT at or near Pure Energy's mineral claims in Esmeralda County, Nevada, USA.

PHOENIX is being assisted by one of the world's leading engineering, architecture and environmental consulting companies, GHD, which is providing technology consulting and project management services.

Pure Energy has an option agreement with GeoXplor Corp., a privately owned entity, to acquire a 100% interest in the CV/DB lithium brine claims. The CV/DB project is contiguous to the only producing lithium mine in the United States, Rockwood Lithium's Silver Peak lithium brine mine. Pure Energy is focused on producing advanced battery materials utilizing environmentally friendly, sustainable and scalable technologies.
