Bayhorse Silver: Dr. Richard Jolk, P.E CMA Joins Advisory Board
VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Jan 22, 2015) - Bayhorse Silver Inc. (TSX VENTURE:BHS) (the "Company" or "Bayhorse") is pleased to announce that Dr. Richard Jolk, P.E., CMA, has consented to join the Company's technical advisory board, where he joins Dr. Stewart Jackson, P.Geol.
Dr. Jolk has a broad formal background in mine, process and environmental engineering. He holds a B.Sc. Metallurgical Engineering, EM, Mineral Economics/Mine Valuation, M.Sc. Environmental Engineering, and Ph.D. in Mining and Earth Systems Engineering, all from the Colorado School of Mines. He is a registered professional minerals engineer and certified minerals appraiser with more than 35 years of experience, both domestically and internationally, including multiple projects in Central and South America, South East Asia and Europe.
He is a member of several scientific and professional organizations, has authored a number of engineering publications and prepared multiple technical reports including mineral property feasibility studies. He is a "qualified person as defined by National Instrument 43-101.
Bayhorse Silver Inc. is a junior exploration company that has entered into a Farm-In Agreement with Saturn Minerals to acquire a 25% interest in the Little Swan oil project, and is earning an 80% interest in its newly acquired historic Bayhorse Silver Mine that has the potential for a substantial silver discovery. It has a 100% interest in its three major high grade New Zealand gold prospects (Alexander River, Paparoa and Red Queen), in the highly prolific West Coast South Island gold fields of New Zealand, which offers investors the potential for a major gold discovery.
The Company has a 30% Net Profit Interest in the Flagstaff barite mine in Washington State, where work is currently in progress.
