Highlights

- Water Pollution Control Permit Application deemed administratively complete and under technical review. Receipt of permit expected 1st Quarter 2015.

- Air Pollution Control Permit Application deemed administratively complete and under technical review. Public comment period complete. Receipt of permit expected 1st Quarter 2015.

- Reclamation Permit Application submitted. Receipt of permit expected 1st Quarter 2015.

- Application to locate the rail loading facilities on Bureau of Reclamation lands submitted. Kick-off anticipated 1st Quarter 2015.

- Work continues on permitting of the powerline to supply the mine site.

- Agreement with a leading rail transportation company in final form, execution expected in early 2015.

- Highly experienced US based CFO for US subsidiaries hired


Overview

Nevada Iron Ltd (ASX Code: NVI, TSX Code: NVR) is a resource company focused on the development of the Buena Vista Iron Project located in northern Nevada, USA. This project demonstrates the attributes for a successful iron ore development, namely:

- Near surface resource
