CMX Gold & Silver Corp. Announces Listing on CSE and Private Placements

CALGARY, ALBERTA – December 11, 2014 - CMX Gold & Silver Corp. (the "Company") announces the listing today of its common shares on the Canadian Securities Exchange ("CSE") under the symbol "CXC".
The Company is a junior mining company engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of gold/silver and base metals properties. CMX's significant asset is the 100% - owned Clayton Silver Property located in the mining - friendly State of Idaho, U.S.A. The Clayton property was a former producing mine until the mid - 1980s. In August, 2014, the Company collected a total of 96 samples from twenty locations on the mine dump located next to the old mine workings on the Clayton property. An aggregate of over 3,000 kilograms of sample material was processed. The objective of the sampling program was to investigate the economic potential of the mine dump material. Assays are being received and the Company expects to complete a full analysis of the program in the first quarter of 2015.
The Company has closed non-brokered private placements for proceeds of $210,000 under an offering memorandum. A total of 2,100,000 units were issued at $0.10 per unit. Each unit was comprised of one common share and one common share purchase warrant exercisable for two years at a price of $0. 20 per share. Two directors subscribed for a total of 550,000 units. In addition, 300,000 common shares were issued in settlement of $30,000 of debtowed to a third party. After the private placements, the Company has 31,493,224 common shares issued and outstanding.
