("Oracle Mining" or the "Corporation") (TSX: OMN) (OTC PINK: OMCCF) (FRANKFURT: OMC) announces today that all items put forward by the Board of Directors and management were approved by shareholders at the Special Meeting of Shareholders held in Vancouver earlier today.
The resolution approving the warrant entitling Vincere Resource Holdings Inc. to acquire up to 66.7% equity interest in the Corporation for up to C$20 million was approved, with the voting results tabulated as below:
