(TSXV: TOE) ("Tri Origin" or the "Company") announces that Alan Snowden has informed the Company of his resignation from the board of directors effective immediately in order to pursue other interests. Although he will no longer act as a director, Alan may continue to assist the Company as an independent consultant to Tri Origin.
Mr Snowden, a Professional Corporate Director with over 35 years of experience in the financial industry, has been a director since 1991. Robert Valliant, CEO of the Company states "Alan has provided the Company with insightful advice for many years and, as Chairman of the Audit Committee, he was valued for his independent and thorough oversight.
