TORONTO, ON / ACCESSWIRE / March 6, 2015 / Nevada Zinc Corporation (TSXV: NZN) (the "Corporation") announces the completion of a vertical amalgamation between Goldspike Exploration Inc. and its former wholly-owned subsidiary Nevada Zinc Corporation. The common shares of the Corporation are listed under the stock symbol "NZN" on the TSX Venture Exchange. The CUSIP number assigned to the common shares of Corporation is 64151W102.
