Emerita's Appeal of the Aznalcollar Public Tender Accepted for Review
TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Mar 11, 2015) - Emerita Resources Corp. (TSX VENTURE:EMO) (the "Company" or "Emerita") submitted an appeal related to the Aznalcollar public tender resolution on February 26, 2015. Following a review of the documentation a judge of the Seville court admitted the appeal for further investigation. The judge has requested access to all the technical and administrative documentation related to the public tender from the Administration responsible for the public tender. The outcome of the review is pending completion of the investigation.
