(TSXv: CCE, FSE: D7H) (the "Company" or "Commerce") announces that further to its news release dated March 17, 2015 announcing its annual filings and updated technical report, the Company has filed a further updated technical report with respect to its Blue River Tantalum-Niobium Project in British Columbia. The updated technical report has been filed in connection with the Company's notice declaring its intention to be qualified under National Instrument 44-101 for short form prospectus distributions.
